1. Who we are

This website, aadhyavrikshaa.com, and the Aadhya Vrikshaa platform are operated by Aadhya Vrikshaa Private Limited, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India (“we”, “us”, “our”).

For personal data we collect through this website, and for personal data of business owners who use our platform, we act as a Data Fiduciary under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDP Act”) and the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025 (“DPDP Rules”).

Where we process records on behalf of a business that subscribes to our platform (for example, its WhatsApp group messages or bills), that business decides why and how that data is processed, and we process it on its instructions.

2. Personal data we collect

Through this website

  • Contact form: your name, business name, city, phone number, email address, preferred language and your message.
  • Quick scan: the answers you give about how your business works, and the contact details you choose to share.
  • Technical data: basic server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) kept by our hosting provider for security and reliability.

We do not use advertising trackers or cookies on this website. If we turn on website analytics, we use a privacy-friendly, cookie-free service that reports only aggregate visit counts and does not identify you.

Through the platform (for subscribing businesses)

  • Owner and staff contact details needed to run the service.
  • Business records the business chooses to connect, such as messages in selected WhatsApp groups, photos of bills and the ledger entries created from them.
  • Diagnostic answers and results.

3. Why we use it (purpose)

We use personal data only for the specific purpose for which it was given:

  • to reply to your enquiry and arrange a quick scan or onboarding;
  • to run the diagnostic and give you your results;
  • to provide the platform modules your business has subscribed to;
  • to keep the website and platform secure and working;
  • to meet our legal obligations.

We do not sell personal data. We do not use one business’s records to answer questions for another business.

Before you submit the contact form or start a quick scan, we ask for your consent and show you this notice. Your consent is free, specific, informed and unambiguous, and is limited to the purposes described above.

You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to the email address in section 10. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it. Once you withdraw, we will stop processing your personal data for that purpose within a reasonable time, unless the law requires or allows us to keep it. Withdrawal does not affect processing that happened before it.

Where the DPDP Act allows processing for certain legitimate uses without consent (for example, to comply with a legal obligation), we will rely on those only as the law permits.

5. Data kept isolated per business

Each subscribing business’s records are stored and processed separately from every other business’s records. A business’s second brain is grounded only in that business’s own records. Our staff access business records only where needed to provide support or onboarding, or where the law requires it.

6. Who we share it with

We share personal data only with service providers who help us run the website and platform (Data Processors), such as hosting, form-handling, messaging and cloud infrastructure providers, under contracts that require them to protect it and use it only on our instructions. We can tell you which providers we use on request.

We may disclose personal data where required by law or by a lawful request from a government authority.

Some providers may store or process data outside India. Any such transfer will follow the DPDP Act and any restrictions notified by the Government of India.

7. How long we keep it

We keep personal data only for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected for, or as required by law. When the purpose is served, or you withdraw consent, we erase it unless we must keep it to meet a legal obligation.

8. Your rights

Under the DPDP Act you have the right to:

  • access a summary of the personal data we process about you and the processing activities;
  • correct, complete or update inaccurate or incomplete personal data;
  • erase personal data that is no longer needed, subject to legal requirements;
  • grievance redressal, by contacting our Grievance Officer (section 10);
  • nominate another person to exercise your rights in the event of your death or incapacity.

9. Deletion requests

To ask us to delete your personal data, email the Grievance Officer (section 10) from the email address you used with us, or tell us how we can verify your identity. We will confirm when the deletion is complete. For subscribing businesses, deleting the business account deletes its records from the platform, except where we must keep certain records by law.

10. Grievance Officer

If you have a question, complaint or request about your personal data, contact:

Grievance Officer: Aadhya Vrikshaa Private Limited Email: [email protected] Address: Aadhya Vrikshaa Private Limited, 14/71, East TV Swamy Road, RS Puram, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu 641002, India

We will respond within the period prescribed under the DPDP Rules. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

11. Security

We use reasonable security safeguards to protect personal data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and restricted access to systems that hold personal data. If a personal data breach occurs, we will inform the Data Protection Board of India and affected individuals as required by the DPDP Act and Rules.

12. Children

This website and the platform are meant for business owners and their staff. We do not knowingly collect personal data of children (under 18) without verifiable consent from a parent or lawful guardian, as required by the DPDP Act.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. We will post the new version on this page with a new effective date and, where the change is significant, notify you.
